Executive Board

President: Emily Jackson - The President is responsible for the smooth administration of the Ambassador program and holds final responsibility for the program, policies and procedures, appearances and members. The President presides over all Ambassador general meetings and executive committee meetings and is responsible for communications with the Alumni Association.

Vice President: Claire Thurman - The Vice President acts as the official Ambassadors representative to the Alumni Association, as well student and non-student Georgia Tech organizations and groups, specifically in the coordination of events. The VP supervises several events including alumni club meetings, plane trips, golf outings, President's Box, and Board of Regents visits. The tour chair is also under the VP.

Member at Large: Paul Moustoukas - The Member at Large is the organization's voice on the executive committee. He or she acts as the liason between the members and the executive committee. In addition, the member at large is the recruitment assistant.

Secretary: Kiersten Peterson - The Secretary is responsible for keeping an official Ambassador appointment book containing all function and meeting dates, maintaining the tracking system for event attendance and participation, maintaining general meeting attendance records, supervising the attendance policy with the advisor and taking down and distributing meeting minutes.

Special Events: Michael Levy - The Special Events officer organizes retreats, seasonal parties, senior events, and any other special issues that arise. Dean Griffin Day and Up with the White and Gold Chairs are under Special Events.

Tour Coordinator: Melissa Pitcher - The Tour Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all Ambassador tours. If you would like to schedule a tour with an Ambassador, please fill out this form.

Membership Recruitment: Lauren Wildschut - The Membership Recruitment Chair is responsible for informing other organizations and the general student population about the annual membership drive, including the organization and oversight of the application and interview processes.

Membership Education: Nicole Thomas - The Membership Education Chair is responsible for maintaining a high standard of training for the Ambassador members and candidates. This person organizes speakers, presentations and updates, when appropriate, to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Ambassadors.
