We are glad you are interested in possibly joining our society. Membership is extended only to Industrial Engineering juniors in the top 1/5 of their class and seniors in the top 1/3 of their class.

Invitations are emailed early in the Fall and Spring semesters. If your achievements enable you to receive this invitation, you will not only be a part of the very small and selective group eligible to join the only nationally recognized ISyE honor society, Alpha Pi Mu, but when you join, you will be part of the Alpha chapter since APM was started right here at Georgia Tech.

Other great reasons why you should accept this recognition: get involved in planning the ISyE spring picnic for 2007, meet faculty on a personal level, have your resume in the number one most requested resume book in our school, attend optional social activities for free food and fun, hold a leadership position, RESUME DRESS-UP, and meet representatives from companies who sponsor us at small socials and dinners.

This society hopes to play a role in stimulating such performance early in your college career, and then to provide a common ground during active membership for you and other industrial engineering leaders to exchange ideas and to encourage mutual growth. It hopes also to improve the profession by providing experience which will prove useful to you during your professional career.
