New student airport pick-up and temporary housing sign-ups

2008 New Chinese GaTech students,

Welcome to join GaTech Chinese student and scholar community. on recruiting and scheduling volunteers to pick up new students at airport and provide temporary housing to those of you who may need it.  Please provide us your arrival information as followings. Please be as detailed as possible as the accuracy of your information provided is crucial for our arrangement. For those of you who have already provided GTCFA such information, please disregard this.

1. Full name (both in English and Chinese)

2. Program information: Program name (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, PhD),  Department/school name (e.g. Department of Mechanical Engineering)

3. Flight information: Departure flight number, departure time (departure city local time), Connection city, connecting flight number, connecting flight departure time (connecting city local time) Arrival time (Atlanta local time)

4. Temporary housing application (if needed): Please specify the starting and ending date you may need for temporary housing. For your convenience, please provide us your gender and age.

5. Please send all the information to gtcfa_2008@yahoo.com

6. Please keep us updated: After providing us your request, you may find a direct contact afterwards (such as your alumni in the same program/school/department). In this case, please notify us immediately. We will update our data base in a timely manner.
