This is Wil's first year as White Squad coach and a member of the Georgia Tech coaching staff. Born in Covington Georgia, while in high school Wil stayed busy playing varsity basketball, being a state competitor in triple jump and the 110 & 300 meter hurdles, as well as a AllState band member. Wil is no stranger to the Georgia Tech Athletic community. While at Tech earning his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Wil was also a Varsity Georgia Tech Cheerleader and was voted squad MVP for 2 years.
As if that wasn't enough Wil was also working for the Universal Cheerleaders Association as part of their high school and college staff and as a head instructor as well as working at the Southern Cheerleading Academy as an AllStar Cheerleading Coach, teaching teams and tumbling.
These days, when he is not coaching the Tech squad, or doodling new pyramids for them, Wil keeps himself occupied with his job as a Specialist/Industrial Engineer for Bellsouth, where he has been working for five years. But of course that's not enough. He is also working as a choreographer for high schools and colleges on a national level, he is on the AllStar Cheerleading Judges Circuit, and he is modeling for L'Agence Models, through which he has modeled for clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Parisians, and Heineken.
