Back by popular demand, the Georgia Tech Chorale invites you to fill your summer semester with the sound of music! Come sing with us as we give you a break from your classes. As always, the Chorale is open to Georgia Tech students, faculty, and alumni, as well as members of the Atlanta community. The summer Chorale meets in the old Army ROTC office from 5:00-6:30 on Tuesday and Thursday.
This summer will be the first where you can sign up for Chorale as a class! If you are planning to be in the Chorale during the summer, please sign up for it on OSCAR during Phase 2 (May 7- May 15). You can only register for Chorale for the full 11-week summer; a 5-week option is not offered.
The Georgia Tech Choral Music program consists of the Chorale, Chamber Choir, the Men's Glee Club and the new Women's Chorus. These groups are a band of students, faculty, staff and community members brought together by a desire to sing. They have been very active- in the past five years, members of these groups have performed on live radio, gone to Hawaii (twice!), and sung in Carnegie Hall, to name a few things- and what's more, no prior singing experience is necessary. (It's appreciated, though!)
