ESPoints
ESPoints is an achievement system that rewards involvement in ESP. Starting with the Fall 2008 semester, members earn points that unlock rewards by volunteering at events, developing games, and being active in the club. Points and rewards are subject to change. Starred (*) achievements can be unlocked multiple times.
Achievements
Tiny: 25 Points
| Fresh Meat | Join the club as a new member |
| Hooked* | Pay membership dues for a semester beyond your first |
| Shameless Recruitment* | Bring a friend who becomes a member |
| Loan Shark* | Supply equipment (consoles, games, etc.) that is used at a meeting or event |
| Present | Participate in a sanctioned event. |
| Spice of Life* | Try out a different development role |
Small: 50 Points
| Point of No Return | Attend your fourth meeting in a semester. |
| Half-Full | Attend 50% of the meetings in the semester (7) |
| Decadent | Attend 75% of the meetings in the semester (10) |
| Flawless Victory | Attend 100% of the meetings in the semester (14) |
Medium: 100 points
| Journalist* | Write an opinion piece or game review for the website |
| Pro Gamer* | Win a sanctioned tournament or competition |
| Philanthropist* | Donate to the library (book, game, etc.) |
| Showboat* | Do a game review during a meeting |
Large: 200 points
| Summoner* | Bring in a guest lecturer |
| Lurk No More* | Lead a discussion topic |
| Henchman* | Volunteer at a sanctioned event |
Huge: Variable points
| Baby Steps | Present a development project that you have recently started | (200 points) |
| Beta Builder | Present a development project that has demonstrable progress. | (300 points) |
| Entertainment Software Producer | Present a finished game project. | (500 points) |
