Club news:
Meetings will henceforth be held in room 17, downstairs. Space planning for the CoC messed up and it turns out those other jerks do have a legitimate claim on the room.

Robocode: You jerkbags haven't submitted anything. The deadline is extended until you do.
Beast Pits game engine progress: dev meeting tomorrow at 1 PM.
Development competition: Due in 2 weeks (2/21), design a game that can be played in 30 seconds. Standard rules apply.

Celia Pierce may come speak on the 28th.

Casual Gaming: Super Smash Bros. Melee (GCN) and Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii, imported. No, it's not out yet. Yes, we will probably play it until it is. Call your friends.)

Game Review: Ninjabread Man for the Wii (Cameron Jansen)
-This is a terrible game. Probably the worst one ever made.
-There are only 4 levels, including the training level.
-Very little direction given for what to do.
-Controls are horrible and awkward. To jump, you have to use your left hand, which turns out to be very bizarre.
-Graphics are not impressive in any way.
-It's a platformer, apparently, but the controls are terribly inprecise and the character moves too quickly. Sort of like Sonic except it sucks (more).
-You are given a variety of camera options, all of them bad.
-Goal of the game: collect pieces of a teleporter to travel to some as-yet-unknown location.
-It seems like the programmers were exceedingly lazy. There are a lot of noticeable glitches that could easily be repaired, but weren't.
-The HUD displays minimal information but takes up way too much screen space.
-Your sword is hard to use and effectively useless if you do manage it.
-This music is really annoying.
-This game makes Mike angry.
