- Responsible for new initiatives and the growth and success of ESP
- Manages contacts and coordination with external organizations
- Oversees club meetings and events, reserves rooms, maintains calendar of events
- Point of contact for members wishing to establish non-meeting events
Vice President
- Manages content of weekly meetings
- Maintains ESP library and helps members access club and GT resources
- Point of contact for members developing games
Treasurer
- Keeps ledgers of income/expenditures, collects dues
- Creates internal club budgets for each semester/year
- Responsible for fundraising (CoC budgets, SGA budgets bills, donations, events, etc.)
Secretary
- Takes minutes of all general member and officer meetings
- Records attendance at all events and meetings
- Maintains list of ESPoints earned by individual members
- Surveys club members to get feedback on meetings and events
Webmaster
- Manages website forums, content, projects, etc.
- Maintains mailing lists, game servers, and other technical aspects of the club
