current.workI currently work for CyberBuzz as the director of marketing and a web producer. I am responsible for marketing CyberBuzz through on-campus campaigns, Internet advertising, and for ensuring that CyberBuzz has a useful feature toolbox. By redesigning the organization's business plan and by building on the preexisting infrastructure of network resources and other assets, I was able to help the team increase membership by 100% in eight months. CyberBuzz now stands as the campus-portal leader, and will continue to steadily grow.work.experiencemPhase Technologies, Inc 1999 to June 2001Responsible for acquiring and distributing information on competing technologies, and for making -sure that mPhase stays ahead of those technologies Wincenters, Inc May 1999 to October 1999 Administrator for IBM 704 servers running Solaris 7.0 and Netscape SuiteSpot servers Direct Resources International Summer 1998 Consulted on e-commerce and direct media advertising Web-based ventures pertaining to Lucent Technologies, People Magazine, and OwnTheFortune500 MOH Computer Consulting, LLC October 1996 to present Chief technology officer and web-design consultant Leonia High School September 1996 to June 2000 Worked under LAN manager in administering the (school-wide) PC and Macintosh network. inventions.and.innovationsWhile working at mPhase Technologies, Inc., I developed MHMT (multifrequency highbandwidth multicasting technology), worked on logarithmic compression, and designed a new technique for implementing set-top boxes. These technologies are protected under non-disclosure, and are owned wholly by mPhase Technologies, Inc.MHMT is a method of fragmenting and defragmenting complex signals so that hundreds of analog signals can be embedded into one single signal. It is best implemented over IP multicasting, and is only more efficient under very high stress loads. Logarithmic compression is a method of compressing a sinusoid signal to significantly reduce attenuation in last-mile solutions. While MHMT can be theoretically modelled to work, it became practically impossible when possible implementation scenarios were diagrammed. On the other hand, logarithmic compression does work, and could be practically implemented.
