Sister's Halaqa
We are going to be having our first Sister's Halaqa!!
Wednesday, Oct. 21st, from 6-7pm in room 332 in the Student Center
We chose a topic that we hope everyone will be interested in: Women In Islam
-for the first halaqa we want to focus on the Prophet's (PBUH) wives, such as who they are, why they married the Prophet(PBUH), and their contributions to Islam.
-since there are many wives, we will just be doing a general overview for the first half, and then a discussion session for the rest of the time.
-please do research on your own also, so that you may be able to take part in the discussion more!
-if you would like to bring your dinner or a snack please feel free too...we know this is very close to everyone's dinner time
Love to see you all there!
