At the Egwa Tawa Dee, Lodge 129, Fall Fellowship, several new Vigil honorees reflected that there were many fellow brothers at Georgia Tech, and that it would be nice to form a student organization to facilitate communication between them, and their involvement in the Brotherhood.
Dr. Schork was selected as an advisor for the initial paperwork to the Georgia Tech SGA. A constitution was drafted and adopted in accordance with SGA guidelines. The full paperwork was submitted to the appropriate commitee while we awaited approval.
Upon approval by the GT SGA, the OA@GT began feverish work to prepare for a full spring semester.
On December 2, 2003 the OA@GT held its first elections. The officers are setting up a full schedule for next semester. The organization looks forward to serving the community and providing OA brothers at Georgia Tech the opportunity for fellowship and service.
