am looking for someone to take over my room for the summer (May 6 - Aug
15). I'll subsidize and the rent would be an appropriate
$600 for the entire period (comes out to be sub 200 per month ---
utilities are NOT included). The caveat is that the room is
rather small and I'd like to leave my stuff (furniture, books), in
the room. Furniture includes a sofa-cum-bed, that you are
welcome to use. There is also a nice collection of books
(particularly if you are CS background), that you can feast on
during the summer. The apartment has electric appliances (so no
gas bill except for heating water). There is one bathroom
that is shared with occupants of other two rooms in the apartment;
current occupants are all friendly, reasonably clean (but not
freaky) Pakistani folks. The address is very convenient 1002 State
St. (first building behind papa-johns).
