Patrick Smith - President
As President, Patrick oversees and facilitates other executive officers, assists in guiding committee leaders, and regularly runs general meetings. Externally, he serves as the point of contact for alliances in the industry, the profession, and the school. Patrick's position is both demanding and challenging, requiring that he deal with long range planning, department coordination, the events committee and recruitment.

Zach Brown - Executive VP
As Vice President, Zach works with Patrick and the other officers, helps run general meetings, develops and helps execute long range plans, and serves as another point of contact for the construction industry, Georgia Tech, and philanthropy organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.

Sarah Scarborough - Tresurer
In addition to collecting dues, Sarah's job as treasurer leaves her responsible for short and long term budgeting. Her job entails requesting funds, assisting Patrick in approving expenditures by other board members and figuring out whether each member is either active or inactive. Most importantly, however, is Sarah's responsibility to provide good food for all major SCA meetings.

Emily D'Alessandriss - Secretary
Emily's position as Secretary makes her the person responsible for spreading the news between SCA members and the executive members of the SCA. She takes minutes during the SCA meetings and keeps general records for the association.

Baabak Ashuri - Faculty Advisor
Baabak Ashuri is the Faculty Adivsor for SCA. He is a great resource due to his many years of experience in the Construction Industry and he is a great professor to be around. He makes it a point to get to know the students and is very excited about all the things we are doing this year. His job is also to come up with great ideas for events and helps make them happen.
