The judiciary has jurisdiction in cases involving a gradaute student arising from the Student Conduct Code. The judiciary also considers cases of a constitutional nature arising from legislation of the Senate or other governmental action and reviews contested elections.

The justices are appointed by the Graduate Student Body President and are approved by the Graduate Student Senate.
