A portion of the Student Activity Fee collected from all students is placed in the Graduate Conference Fund. This fund is available to all graduate students who are travelling to present a talk or poster at a conference. This fund is to be used AFTER ALL OTHER FUNDING AVENUES ARE EXHAUSTED. The fund is limited and cannot fund every graduate student's trip; instead it is to be used to make up a shortfall if your department or sponsor does not cover all of the costs of a trip. There are additional limitations to where this money may be used. Download the application for more information.
