ARTICLE I. Decision Making

Section 1. The decision making process shall be based on the nature of the decision which is determined by the executive committee.

Section 2. The minor decisions, including the ones monetary value of which do not exceed $300 (at most one such decision in a week) and operational decisions shall be made by executive officers.

Section 3. The major decisions, which are of a more important nature, shall be made in the General Body Meeting.

ARTICLE II. Notification

In both major/minor decisions taken, the members have to be notified of the decision made via e-mail within the following 3 days.

ARTICLE III. Objection

Section 1. Objections to a decision made could be declared by at least 4 members in good standing within 7 days after they have been informed about the decision. 

Section 2. Objections can be accepted only if they are related with practices that are not in compliance with the constitution or by-law. 

Section 3. Objections shall be made in the form of signed mail or an email.

ARTICLE IV. Voting in Executive Committee

All the members of the committee have equal vote. In case of a tie, the president’s vote is counted as two votes.

ARTICLE V. Donations

All the donations (be it material or monetary) are subject to approval of the executive committee.
