ULC Important Documents

The files in this directory are important ULC Hall Council documents mostly in Microsoft Word format. They are all copies of documents in the directory ~ulc/documents potentially with different file names. Note that all of the files in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word format are zipped. You must use an unzip program to extract the files from the compressed archive.

Descriptions of the files currently here:

hcflyer.doc.zip (Microsoft Word format)

Tri-fold flyer that needs to be updated and distributed to residents a couple of times per year. The particular items that need to be updated include the Officer info, CA info, and the meeting time listed on the "front".

request.xls.zip (Microsoft Excel format)

Program Request form. This form must be completed and submitted before the meeting that someone wants to propose new business.

constitution.doc.zip (Microsoft Word format)

Our current constitution.

office_sign.doc.zip (Microsoft Word format)

The sign that goes on the door to the ULC Hall Council office (Room 03?).

attendance.html (HTML format)

This is the attendance sheet that you sign at the meetings each week.

template.html (HTML format)

This is the template that I (the secretary) use for typing the minutes every week. After printing a copy that fits on exactly one page (front side only), I comment out the <FONT SIZE=-2> and </FONT> tags in the document and upload it and link it onto the web page.
