The Georgia Tech Women's Leadership Conference is planned by a committee of undergraduate and graduate women students, advised by a board of Georgia Tech faculty and alumnae.

Laura Stiltz is a fourth year Applied Mathematics major from Marietta, Georgia. She enjoyed working with the Women's Leadership Conference planning committee for the past two years so much that she's back for a third year! In addition to planning this amazing conference, Laura is involved with many other aspects of student life at Georgia Tech. She's a sister of Alpha Delta Chi, where she serves as Sergeant at Arms. She also works as a Calculus I TA and at the Georgia Tech Athletic Association as a math tutor. Her interests include going to Buckhead Church, everything having to do with Georgia Tech and mathematics, reading novels, cooking delicious food, traveling to exotic places, and creating things in the craft center. Kristina Self is a second year Industrial Engineering Major from Vidalia, Georgia. She is excited to serve as the Awards Chair for this year's Women's Leadership Conference. Kristina is a Freshman Activities Board alum and spent the last summer traveling Europe with the Oxford Study Abroad program. Aside from the Women's Leadership Conference, she is active in Alpha Chi Omega sorority, is a GT1000 Team Leader, and is a Georgia Tech campus tour guide. She will be co-oping for the Walt Disney World Company this coming spring. Her other interests include dancing, tennis, traveling, going for long walks, and drinking lots of coffee. Rakshita Agrawal is a graduate student from India pursuing her Phd in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering. This is her first year with the WLC and she's very excited to be part of it. Aside from WLC, she is the social chair of Georgia Tech salsa club and a TA/RA in the department of Chemical Engineering. Allison Youngblood is a senior economics major from Georgia State University. She is a student member of the American Association of University Women and through this organization attended the Women's Leadership Conference in 2007. Allison is working to start the first student advisory council for AAUW in the state of Georgia, and she is excited to be a part of organizing the WLC this year. Anushree Verma is a second year Industrial Engineering graduate student from Dubai, U.A.E. In addition to working on the conference committee, Anushree is an associate in the GTSF Investments Committee and works for the housing department. K.C. Young is a third year Industrial Engineering major from Memphis, TN. She serves as VP Fraternity Relations for Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, the Co-Chair for ACCESS College Counseling programs, and the Publicity Chair for Community Service Council. When she is not sending e-mails or updating the WLC website, K.C. can be found searching Atlanta for good Tex-Mex and co-oping at UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Alpharetta, GA. Kirstin Wynkoop is a third year Architecture major at Georgia Tech from Roswell, GA. This is her first year working with the awesome women of the WLC. She is involved in several different activities on campus. She is in Alpha Delta Chi Christian sorority, where she is honored to serve as both Standards and Courtesy chair. She gives campus tours to prospective students with Tech Tours and has been a GT 1000 TL as well. Ashley Hutchison is a fourth year Management major with a finance concentration from Smyrna, Georgia. She's a very self-motivated, driven and competitive person. Her competitive spirit stems from her many years on the basketball court and she's just as competitive in the classroom with her 3.9 GPA! Ashley is currently the Executive Vice President of the Society of Women in Business (SWIB) where she is responsible for recruiting industry professionals to speak at their general body meetings. Her experience with SWIB has more than prepared her to serve as Keynote Speaker Chair for this year's conference. Ashley is also the Co-President of Joshua Generation and the Black Student Organization List Manager.Her interests include attending Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church, everything related to sports (basketball and football especially), shopping, and mentoring our younger generation. Erin Garcia is a third year Industrial Engineering major from Austin Texas. This is her second year on the committee and she is excited about returning to the committee. Beyond the WLC Erin is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, participates in both student and alumni mentoring programs, plays in the athletic bands and is a Connect with Tech host. Emily Britt is a fourth year Management major from Marietta, Georgia. This is her first year on the Women's Leadership Conference committee and she is really excited to be involved. Emily also serves as the President for Omega Phi Alpha, the National Service Sorority at Tech. She is also planning the Red Dress Fashion Show as part of Women's Awareness Month. Emily works at the Alumni Association as a Living History intern. When she is not doing community service projects on the weekends, you can usually find Emily at her second home, Starbucks. Jing Li is a third year Industrial Engineering major, minoring in Public Policy, from Scottsdale, Arizona. This is her first year on the Women's Leadership Conference planning committee. She swims distance free and fly for the Varsity Women's Swimming and Diving team at Georgia Tech. She is also a member of the Georgia Tech Honors Program, Women's Recruitment Board, Institute of Industrial Engineers, and serves as the student-athlete representative to the Campus Recreation Center Advisory Board. Priya Boyington is a second year Industrial Engineering major from Chattanooga, TN. She is currently serving as the Mixers Chair for Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, the Treasurer for Lambda Sigma, the sophomore community service honors society, and is a member of Executive Round Table and a GT1000 Team Leader. Priya spent this past summer studying abroad in Oxford, England. Outside of school, Priya enjoys traveling and dancing. JoAnne Ofoli is a third year Biomedical Engineering major from Okemos, Michigan. This is her first year being involved with the Women?s Leadership Conference planning committee and she is very enthusiastic about her post as volunteer chair. Outside of the planning committee, JoAnne is involved with Omega Phi Alpha, a national service sorority, in which she serves as the Active District Officer. In addition, she works at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association where she is an intern with Living History and with Georgia Tech Housing in which she is a PL in Caldwell Residence Hall.
