Overnight Alternatives (Monday - Friday, 1:30 - 6am)

Music to peel paint with. Keiji Haino, The Incapacitants, Alvin Lucier. This is the stuff you won't hear anywhere else.

The Classics (Monday - Friday, 6 - 9am)

From dead white guys to composers who are none of these, the classics gives the Atlanta listening audience the best in classical music. We don't talk about it, we just play it.

Just Jazz (Monday - Friday, 9am - noon)

Music that would make Kenny G ill. Jazz music encompassing everything from big band classics to straight ahead swing to cutting edge improvisation. From Louis Armstrong to Sun Ra, you'll hear it all on Just Jazz.

Discussion (Monday - Friday, 12pm - 1pm)

Blue Plate Special (Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 2:00pm)

A diverse mixture of everything we have here at WREK. Essentially bringing Weekend Cornucopia to the weekday, except with Rock, Rhythm & Roll thrown in.

Rock-Rhythm-Roll (Monday, - Friday, 2pm - 6pm or 7pm)

Punk, Blues, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and just plain Rock and Roll. Music you often hear imitated on the radio.

Weekend Cornucopia (Saturday & Sunday)

WREK's signature format. Music from all over. Experimental, Classical, Atmospheric, Bluegrass, International, and Jazz. We run out of words before we run out of music. Listen and enjoy.

Earth & Sky

(Monday - Friday, 8:30am, 1pm, 5pm, and midnight)

What's going on down below and up above. Take a break from the music to listen to the music of the spheres. Hosted by Deborah Byrd and Joel Block. Each show is now only 90 seconds long, but it's on every day!
