Momentum Fund Update

Dear WREK Friends and Alumni,

With the changeover day is less than 3 weeks away, we do not yet have enough money to cover the necessary costs to move the station. Nearly $40,000 has been raised from alumni, students, and listeners, and Student Government has assisted by paying a portion of the costs of LP and CD shelving, but we are still an estimated $15,000 short of our bare minimum to make the move happen.

If you are a WREK alum, spread the news to fellow staff members. If you have not contributed yet, please consider doing so - every bit helps. As we run over our available funds we are forced to cut into our yearly operating budget, which has been cut repeatedly in recent years. Thank you.
